STAYING ALIVE PICKLEBALL LEAGUE

During the Staying Alive Pickleball League players will be matched based on ability and play potentially up to 6 rounds of Pickleball, using the Pickleheads app. Players will be seeded on courts to begin with and we'll add scores to the Pickleheads app as we go along and depending on the format, will move players around depending on wins/losses/points/% wins etc.
Ahead of the start of the session there will be guided drills. I anticipate those being different every week or we can decided together to work on a skill for several weeks.

THE SESSION:

• Introduction

• Warm-ups

• Player match based on ability

• Drill demo and a 5/10-minute drill session

• Matched play for 3 rounds

• Scoring will be based on 'side-out' scoring up to 11 with 1 point for the win and may vary to include rally scoring formats too
  
  

Cost is £11 for 2 hours which includes court hire, guided drills and managed play.

Notes:

• Upon registration I ask a question to ensure attendees have a minimum rating of 2.75, the only reason this is there is to prevent complete beginners and/or early improvers signing up, I am happy for you to attend, although in time you may decide differently, it is up to you. I will NEVER turn anyone away. It may take a few sessions to balance things out and I appreciate I only have limited (16) places} and attendance can vary depending on people’s interest and availability. 

• If we don't have enough attendees, I may have to cancel the session and postpone it to the following month or provide you with a refund.
